Aignyte drives 25% increase in response rate for FinTech credit card issuer

Summary

Aignyte dramatically increased response rates to credit card offers made by a large FinTech to both pre-approved and pre-selected prospects. Aignyte’s proprietary algorithms selected the optimal creative package (envelope, insert and letter) for each individual prospect to maximize their probability of opening the envelope and responding to the offer. A large FinTech sent 34MM direct mail pieces to both pre-selected and pre-approved prospects across the country over 14 campaigns and a 12 month period. Our client wanted to see how Aignyte could increase the response rates to their direct mail solicitations which had an average response rate of 1.1%.
