As an engagement manager, you will play a key role in client management, lead and mentor project teams, and work directly with the founders on new initiatives and business development.
We require prior consulting experience or highly rated Sr. manager/director in organizations recognized for analytical capability, 6-7 years of experience post undergrad or 4-5+ years of experience post MBA.
Leadership ability and strong initiative, ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously, as well as the ability to manage relationships with clients, train and develop resources. Critical thinking, problem structuring and solving skills, communication skills (both written and verbal). Two years of leading (or co-leading) project execution, and at least 3 years of experience working hands-on on analytics (vertical agnostic, consumer industries preferred), expert in SAS and/or R, knowledge and application of statistical techniques, analytical tools
You will play a key role in the firm’s data science team, serve as a technical expert, provide state of the art analytic implementations and insights, and also mentor future team members.
