We understand that campaign execution is a critical business process and can be complex. We work closely with your team to understand their processes and to minimize any changes to process and timelines.
Process Changes are marginal:
Timeline changes are limited, if any:
Yes, We can incorporate a variety of constraints including volume and creative limitations based on carrier route. Aignyte is built to be highly flexible in terms of incorporating business, legal or regulatory constraints provided by our clients (E.g., floor and/or cap creative volume, “at least” creative volume, total number of creatives in a campaign not to exceed xx, etc.).
No, Aignyte doesn’t use any PII or HIPPA related information nor do we (currently) take possession of any personalized data from our clients. This reduces our collective data security and privacy exposure.
Yes (within limits). Aignyte works to maximize the likelihood of eliciting response from your prospects by optimizing the selection of which creative they will receive. We have seen that across different response score ranges (even low ones), this increases total response. There are likely to be segments of your prospect base that you do not mail today that the response lift using Aignyte is sufficient to push them over your economic hurdle (lower cost per account drives higher NPV). This can be demonstrated through our analytical Proof of Value process.
No problem! We can take any creative and generate its genetic signature whether you’ve actually sent it or not. The new creative becomes part of your catalog. Aignyte can simulate whether the new creative is a better match for any prospects than your existing creatives. This allows you to discard new creatives that are unlikely to be successful and narrow testing to only new creatives that have a higher probability of success in targeted populations.
Yes. We understand that not every business has a deep catalog of marketing creatives. They’re expensive to develop and test. In our Proof of Value work across multiple industries we have tested with clients that had literally a handful of different creatives. While more variations and options tends to provide additional information value, Aignyte has demonstrated significant lifts in response even with only a handful of creatives.
Our POV process is designed to be low effort for you but allow us to clearly demonstrate the value of Aignyte. We start with your campaign history data and catalog of existing marketing creatives. That’s it. We train the platform on 80% of the data and hold out a 20% blind sample (no response data) to demonstrate results. We produce a file with the Aignyte optimal creative selection vs. what was actually sent and how ‘far apart’ those creative choices are. What we have seen is that within and across different response score ranges (even low ones), the Aignyte selection increases total response. This allows us to set up a fully performance based live in market test with high confidence of success.
We understand that there have been great advances in data science and model development to drive the state of the art in selection and response modeling. Aignyte operates outside of that process. Aignyte is all about selecting the optimal creative from your existing marketing catalog to drive more response and is completely ‘post selection’. We began with the list of prospects that have already met your selection criteria. The value creation from Aignyte comes from matching the best creative selection to each selected prospect, not which prospect to mail. We are able to demonstrate significant differences in prospect responsiveness within and across very narrow expected response rate ranges based solely on creative selection.
Yes. This is referred to as the “Cold Start” problem i.e. assigning a creative to a target that has never been targeted before. We use whatever information (e.g. bureau record) is available to recommend an optimal creative. Even a prospect that has never responded has provided information regarding their preferences (by not responding). That along with the available information (e.g. credit or demographic data) is used by Aignyte to make a recommendation.
